To claim your prize, you need your undamaged ticket and a copy of the lottery claim form.
Also, attach a government-recognized Photo ID and passport-size photos with the claim form.
Remember, damaged tickets won’t get accepted.
The distributor can make payments of up to ₹10,000 on behalf of the State Government.
For claims exceeding ₹10,000, please submit them to the Director, Government of Nagaland, or the Nodal Office in your state within 30 days from the draw date.
Use the provided claim format along with the original winning ticket, signed by you, and the necessary documents to receive your payment within 60 days.
